Superfood Porridge

Ingredients

1 cup buckwheat groats + water for soaking

1 cup raw walnuts + water for soaking 

2 apples 

1 banana 

1 teaspoon cardamom (ground) 

1 teaspoon vanilla (ground)

1/4 cup almond milk or water

 

 

Directions

1. Place the buckwheat and the nuts into seperate bowls and cover them with water. Let them sit for at least 1 hour (but no more than 4).

2. Rise and drain in cold water. 

3. Place all of the ingredients in food processor and blend until you reach your desired texture. 

4. Decorate with your favorite superfood toppings. 

(Will stay fresh in the fridge for about 3-4 days)

Toppings 

(feel free to mix and match according to what you like :)

1 tablespoon of almond butter 

1 tablespoon of raw honey 

1 tablespoon of goji berries 

1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds
